Peter Strand’s article What a Short Strange Trip It’s Been: Sound Recordings and the Work Made for Hire Doctrine is cited in the current issue of the Yale Journal of Law & Technology.

Campbell University law professor Tuneen Chisolm referenced Peter’s 2000 article in her scholarly piece Whose Song Is That?  Searching For Equity and Inspiration For Music Vocalists Under the Copyright Act, which appears in Vol. 19 of the publication.

Yale Journal of Law & Technology studies the important interaction between law and technology, biannually publishing lectures and articles related to these topics.
