Peter Strand Moderates Panel on Music Policies in the New Administration

Peter Strand moderated an all-star panel Music Policies in the New Administration as part of the Music Business Association’s Entertainment & Technology Law Conference September 19, 2017 in New York City.  

The panel of politicians and industry leaders forecasted how hot-button issues such as the status of the PRO consent decrees, streaming royalty rates and the rate courts, Fair Play Fair Pay, and Copyright Act revisions may play out under the Trump administration.  Joining Peter on the panel were:
