Teresa has extensive experience negotiating contracts and licensing agreements in the film, television, and music industries. Prior to joining LSG, she spent many years as a clearance supervisor for the Steve Harvey daytime talk show and as senior media licensing coordinator for The Oprah Winfrey Show.
In these roles, her responsibilities included negotiating and securing licensing for all third-party materials for the production teams responsible for each episode, and in the case of The Oprah Winfrey Show, the content for related media streams such as Oprah Radio and oprah.com. She also supervised and coordinated legal clearances for OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network programming, as well as developed sweepstakes and general contest rules for Oprah Radio and O: The Oprah Magazine.
